About the wine

Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red. On the nose, a delicate bouquet of red berries, such as raspberries and strawberries, is complemented by floral notes of violets and a touch of spice. Soft and harmonious on the palate, with silky tannins and a fresh, fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with fried poultry, mild cheeses, or even as an accompaniment to a delicious fish dish.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes are traditionally fermented, sometimes with whole grape mash. It is then aged briefly in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruity freshness and elegance.
