About the wine
The Feudo Maccari estate is located on an ancient fief of around one hundred hectares. Antonio Moretti painstakingly put it together and brought it back to its former glory. In the middle of it is the recently inaugurated, modern and functional winery. This area has always offered the best terroir for growing Nero d'Avola, which offers perfect conditions for top Sicilians thanks to the special microclimate and the extremely fertile volcanic soil.

Tasting note
Dense, almost black purple. Its bouquet is very spontaneous and shows lots of aromas of spices, cocoa and black fruits. The balance and harmony of Saia is almost proverbial and runs from start to finish.
