About the wine
It has a rich bouquet, which has a light cherry, peppermint and coffee note due to the typical soil characteristics and microclimate. It is aged in wooden barrels for one year.
Tasting note
Fuller, soft taste with cherry bouquet. Blackberries and wild berries. enriched with sweet tannins. Powerful good finish.
Culinary recommendation
This wine goes well with red meat dishes. Game or wild boar and strong cheeses are recommended.
