Brilliant bouquet, peach, lychee, lemon balm, white flowers and a fresh, mineral touch. Very clear, delicate, fresh, generous, fruity extract and with an excellent sweet-acid balance. Ideal with fruity desserts, foie gras, soft and blue cheeses.
