Tasting note
Dense ruby red. Shows a strong minerality that is typical of the terroir. Notes of cloves, pepper, blackberries and dried fruits. Strong but soft start, wide and dense middle section with well-integrated tannins. Present aromas of cinnamon and blackberries. Long-lasting and soft aftertaste.
Vinification
Partial removal of the juice from the unfermented mash and a long mashing contact during fermentation ensure the outstanding structure of this wine. They are stored for 12 months in mostly new barriques.
