Tasting note
The Russo Siaccio presents an intense, fresh bouquet with aromas of ripe dark fruits and a touch of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is complex and multi-layered with an elegant texture. Its round, velvety tannins harmonize perfectly with spicy notes of licorice and cedarwood. The aftertaste is strong and persistent, accompanied by a pleasant fruity aftertaste.

Vinification
The grapes for Russo Siaccio go through a 15-day fermentation process in steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 6 months in a combination of new and used wooden barrels, which gives it additional structure and complexity.
