About the wine
Rumo Blanc, a wine that takes us on a journey to the fresh and unpretentious Alentejo, in a combination of typical grape varieties of the region. With minimal intervention in the cellar and respect for the terroir, this Rumo white wine shows the full potential of the fruit and the character of the region.

Tasting note
Lemon yellow color. Citrus and mineral aromas. Good volume and a rich aftertaste experience, with impressive freshness on the finish, which shows the excellent fruit quality. The aftertaste is persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled fish, fresh or simply prepared seafood, and sushi.
Vinification
The grapes are selected by hand and pressed whole. The turbid substances settle naturally and spontaneous fermentation takes place. After fermentation, the wine remained on the yeast until bottling.
