Rueda Verdejo DO 2024 - Bodegas Beronia

The vineyard where this Verdejo grows is located not far from the town of Rueda in the middle of the wine region of the same name. The scents of citrus fruits, in particular grapefruit, are quickly noticeable on the nose. This impression is complemented by fresh aromas of lemongrass, exotic passion fruit, as well as intense spices such as anise. The sensory impression on the palate is carried by a wide, aromatic range of stone fruits such as apricots and also includes floral notes of sweet flowers such as acacia. The present acid structure supports this abundance of fruit, which lasts right down to the finish. A classic Verdejo that is also ideal as a meal companion.
