Tasting note
Brillantes Rubinrot, violette Nuancen. Ein Korb voller roter Kirschen, Blaubeeren und Noten von Unterholz in der toskanisch anmutenden Nase, auch Veilchen. Am Gaumen sehr geschmeidig, rotbeerige Noten und sanfte Röstaromen im passenden Zusammenspiel, dahinter etwas Zedernholz und eine delikate Zimtwürze; mittellanges, feingewobenes Finale.
Culinary recommendation
Thanks to its youthful freshness, it is a great wine to drink just like that and also an ideal accompaniment to pasta dishes, red meat, sausages or hard cheeses.
