About the wine
Tenute Smeralda is a young agricultural company that was created as a continuation of the Cocco Francesca company, which has been active in the wine sector for around 50 years. Thanks to its microclimate, it is particularly suitable for growing local vineyards such as Vermentino and Cannonau. The latter is known for its high content of procyanidinis, a powerful antioxidant and as an elixir of life.

Tasting note
Ruby red with bright garnet tones. Intense notes of berries and cherries, light aromas of vanilla and almonds. Textured, soft with a long finish
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red and grilled meats, Mediterranean cuisine.
Vinification
Long maceration for 3-4 weeks at controlled temperature, malolactic fermentation in steel tanks, aging for 12 months in barriques.
