Tasting note
Fruity, berry nose with aromas of blackberries, blueberries and some herbal notes as well as a hint of black olives. Soft and moderately difficult on the palate with very accessible tannins and a medium-long finish.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested manually at the optimal time of ripening. Gentle maceration, spontaneous fermentation with local yeasts and aging for around eight months in French oak barrels.
