Tasting note
This rosé is dedicated to Franz Weninger's grandmother, Rózsa Petsovits. A wine made for the terrace, but also for the home. The grapes for this wine come from two countries, Hungary (Sopron) and Austria (Central Burgenland). On the nose, you will find aromas of strawberries and cherries, along with subtle lime notes. The wine is very refreshing, very well integrated alcohol and very fruity in taste, with herbal notes.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in large wooden barrels, 8 months on the lees. 9mg/l sulfur.
