This is the same wine that used to be called Rozas 1er Cru. Dani and Fernando therefore decided to “declassify” this wine as Village wine without changing anything in terms of composition or quality. Rozas de Puerto Real is the village where Comando G started their project and is home to the isolated Las Umbrias location. This place is characterized by refinement and elegance.

Culinary recommendation
It goes very well with vegetables, barbecues and lamb.
Vinification
The reading is done by hand. The whole grapes are not destemmed and fermented with styles in open wood ferments with natural yeasts. It is then aged for 10 months in 14 HLconcrete tanks and 15 hl oak barrels.
