Tasting note
Bright, clear ruby red. The wine impresses with a grape berry scent that is immediately pleasing. On the palate, it develops a cherry-fruity aroma, accompanied by notes of fruit tea and rose hips. The lively acidity and low tannin content give the wine a light and fresh mouthfeel that is still reminiscent of red wine. The aftertaste is fresh and fruity without being heavy.
Culinary recommendation
It goes wonderfully with poultry dishes — from white meats such as chicken breast or dung scrapers to more intensive varieties such as turkey, quail and so on.
