Tasting note
Light green-yellow, exotic fruits and bananas on the nose, mineral. On the palate, very clean fruit, gooseberries, fine acidity, followed by ripeness, typical elegance of the variety. Round and long on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Asian cuisine.
Vinification
This wine was fermented in steel tanks and then stored on lees for 2 months until it was bottled in mid-March.
