With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Rotari Mezzacorona masters this sparkling wine in the picturesque and fertile countryside of Trentino.

Tasting note
This cuvée rosé is produced in the heart of the Dolomites. An elegant, fruity sparkling wine with intense notes of red fruits and roses. The palate is fresh, crispy, velvety, with the elegant floral character of the Pinot Noir grape. Good structure with aromas of sweet almond and currant. The perlage is fine and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif, goes particularly well with fish. But it can also accompany you through an entire menu.
