The desire to break new ground has led Paolo Creazzi to this Rosso Veronese IGT 'Sanzenel Ammadorlato'. Always true to his production concept that 'it is not possible to interpret an area without interpreting its history, 'an archaic wine was created here.

Vinification
This exceptional wine is made from 8 parts of Cabernet Sauvignon, which has been dried for 30 days, and 2 parts of fresh Corvina Veronese. The idea was to make a wine that could break new ground while always maintaining a connection with the land and tradition.
