Tasting note
The wine has a deep, lively red. On the nose, aromas of cherries and plums develop, characteristic of the Corvina grape, harmoniously combined with wild berry notes of Rondinella. On the palate, Rosso Verona is balanced with lots of volume, soft tannins and a fine, fresh acidity.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with hearty meat dishes such as beef or game, as well as with spicy pasta dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully picked by hand and then destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the fruit aromas. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages in oak barrels for a certain period of time.
