About the wine
A red wine of rare complexity and precision. It has an intense ruby red color and offers mineral aromas of graphite, followed by notes of green pepper, red fruits from the undergrowth and a slight spiciness. The taste is intense, warm and persistent, with ripe tannins supported by perfect acidity.

Vinification
Dario Princic's' Rosso 'is the result of a skilful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. After careful selection of grapes, the wine is fermented in open barrels and then aged in wood for at least 24 months.
