About the wine
They take their name from the small town of San Cassiano in the heart of Val di Mezzane. A mountain village surrounded by green olive trees and sun-tapped vines.

Tasting note
A true masterpiece of elegance and refinement. Its fruit aromas are reminiscent of plum, cherry and blueberry, plus sweet spicy notes of dark chocolate and vanilla. A powerful complex wine that is second to none!

Vinification
It is made from Mirco's favorite Corvinone grape, which comes from a single vineyard. The grapes are dried for 60 days (abpassimento). It matures in French barriques for 48 months and in the bottle for at least 12 months.
