About the wine
A fruity, refreshing start, reminiscent of blackberries and strawberries. Dry and harmonious on the palate, accompanied by a refreshing acidity and youthful tannins. A very digestible Italian red wine.

Tasting note
The Rosso Toscana IGT's fruity bouquet of fruit compote, spices and tobacco shows a complex aroma character and plenty of pleasure potential. The dominant notes of black cherry, black plum and black pepper shape its individual texture. A strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which harmoniously shows a lot of character and class in the mouth with fine tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light and dark meats, pasta dishes with sauces, vegetable soups and barbecues.

Ageing for 10 months in Slovenian oak barrels
