Tasting note
The Rosso Veneto IGT Appassimento “Wine Urban Park” by Giacomo Montresor is presented in an intense garnet red. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherries and blackberries develop, accompanied by subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is soft, elegant and full-bodied, with a harmonious balance between fruit, fine tannins and a subtle residual sweetness, which is balanced by fresh acidity. The wine ages partly in oak barrels, which gives it additional complexity and structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat dishes with sauce, game, pasta, cheese
Vinification
The perfectly ripe grapes are “dried” for around 30 days in Montresor's well-ventilated warehouses to increase the concentration in the berries. They are then gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
