Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Aromas of mulberry, currant and red berries, with balsamic and sweet liquorice notes. Full, intense, tasty, with agile freshness and a good balsamic finish.

Vinification
Rosso di Toscana comes from the union of two grape varieties, Merlot, which is present in the final cuvée with 60%, and Sangiovese 40%. The vineyards are located in Tuscany, about 10 km from Florence, at an altitude of between 100 and 350 meters above sea level. The grapes are carefully selected before pressing and the must ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The final aging takes place in large oak barrels for 6 months, then continues with bottling. Intense ruby red with aromas of red berries, mulberries and currants. Certified organic balsamic finish.
