About the wine
Intense and persistent bouquet of red fruits and a hint of violet. The sip flows softly and smoothly, with hints of raspberry jam. Lively and slim, it delights down to the last sip.

Vinification
Manual harvest After maceration on the skins, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel containers of medium and small sizes for 7 to 10 days with frequent pumping and one or two days of delestation. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally. Ageing: 12 months, including 6 in oak barrels and 6 in bottles
