Tasting note
The Rossj Bass impresses with its fine, floral scent with a hint of citrus and light honey notes. It has remarkable depth and is very elegant on the palate with robust body and pleasant freshness. Mineral, full-bodied finish. Good shelf life.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler tip: Rossj-Bass DOC goes well with goat cheese, poultry and asparagus.
Vinification
The temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in steel tanks between 16 and 18°C for 4 weeks. The Rossj bass is then aged in slightly used barriques for 6 to 7 months.
