About the wine
At the beginning of the 90s, Christie and Peter Schulz decided to found their own winery and completed the transition from grape producer to wine producer. They transformed the old, historic butcher shop into their Cellar Door and thus into the heart of their Turkey Flat wine shop. The success was not long in coming: Today, Turkey Flat is one of the best companies in the Barossa Valley.

Tasting note
The Rosé from Turkey Flat delights with fresh aromas of red apples, white peaches, raspberries and citrus blossoms, rounded off by Turkish honey. On the palate, red berries, peaches and citrus unfold, harmoniously accompanied by lively acidity, an elegant texture and a precise, long-lasting finish.
Vinification
After selective harvesting, the grapes are completely destemmed and slightly crushed. It is then pressed directly and the must ferments in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank.
