Vinification
Rosé de Saignée: 40% Pinot Noir, matured as Rosé (maceration), 30% Pinot Noir Chardonnay each, white. The Rosé Brut cuvée is the result of the marriage of Pinot Noir from the last harvest, Pinot Noir Reserve wines from seven selected vintages and Chardonnay.
