Tasting note
Shiny pink The bouquet is flattering, smells of raspberry and strawberry aromas, which are accompanied by a touch of lemon. Very powerful on the palate with a distinctive mineral note and refreshing acidity. The aftertaste is persistent and spicy and aromatic. Vinification
The grape varieties are planted separately, harvested at optimal ripening time and mashed immediately for 12 to 24 hours after squeezing. Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks. Then a short clarification and bottling
