About the wine
With the best vineyards, the passion that has been inherited for over 600 years and an innovative spirit, Zweifel Weine conveys pure wine enjoyment! In 1440, Höngger vines belonging to the Zweifel family were first mentioned in documents. In addition to the Klingen and Riedhof vineyards in Zurich, excellent grapes are brought to Höngg every autumn from our own vineyards in Regensberg, Otelfingen, Stäfa and Remigen AG as well as from friendly regional winegrowers, where city winemaker Urs Zweifel presses with the latest know-how and state-of-the-art technology and makes it among the 100 best Swiss winemaker (Vinum).

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, asparagus, artichokes, poultry.
Vinification
Only the white drain juice of the Pinot Noir grape was used. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
