Tasting note
An (organic) rosé with a wonderful freshness and elegance. The aromas are reminiscent of currants and cherries. The full fruit sweetness supports the vetere and makes it look long and wide on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
This rosé is ideal as an aperitif and goes well with light starters, salads, seafood and grilled vegetables. Its freshness and lightness make it an ideal companion for summer dishes.
Vinification
Maceration of 6 hours. After being gently pressed, the Rosato is stored in steel tanks for approx. 6 months.
