About the wine
Luca Maroni: “Tenuta Ulisse - one of the clearest examples of the aromatic radiance that the grapes can develop in beautiful Abruzzo.” Although the Ulisse family has been viticulture here for generations, the official founding year of the modern winery dates back to 2006. Here, brothers Antonio and Luigi Ulisse chose a breathtaking landscape for their vineyards. Some locations offer views of the Adriatic Sea, while other vineyards have the Apennines behind them and the vines grow on slopes. A paradise for lovers of Italy!

Tasting note
Beautiful salmon pink: My appearance in the glass is reminiscent of lime, lilac, violets and plums. Nevertheless, I don't look clumsy, but enjoy a good structure and a crunchy texture. I also present myself with a touch of lavender and lemon.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect for aperitifs, balconies, and parties.
Vinification
After the manual harvest, my grapes quickly reach the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken open. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by aging on fine yeast for a few months before I am finally bottled.
