Rose Marie is a sweet sparkling apple wine with a low alcohol content. Rose Marie is made from early-harvested Danish Ingrid Marie apples, mixed with summer berries. The Nordic climate provides ideal conditions for Ingrid Marie's apple and summer berries. The temperature differences between cool nights and long, bright days give fruits and berries a long ripening period that develops fantastic aromas and a completely unique acid profile. Rose Marie is served chilled and is ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish, shellfish, sushi, vegetable dishes, cheese, and sour desserts.
