About the wine
The recipe for this star is simple. Natural citrus aromas (lime, grapefruit, etc.) are added to the white wine from Entre-Deux-Mers, mainly from the Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grape varieties.

Color: light pink with brilliant reflections. Nose: Fresh, light nose with notes of red berries and grapefruit peel, accompanied by the typical aromas of regional wines. Palate: Fresh, crunchy, slightly sweet with fine perlage. Serving recommendations: Serve very cool (8-10 °C). Perfect as an aperitif, alone or with tapas, meats and other delicacies. Can be served with fresh salads, spicy dishes and light desserts (fruit salad with red fruits, mint and whipped cream)
