About the wine
With the best vineyards, a passion inherited for over 600 years and an innovative spirit, Zweifel Weine convey pure wine enjoyment! Höngger vines from the Zweifel family were first mentioned in documents in 1440. In addition to the Klingen and Riedhof sites in Zurich, excellent grapes are brought to Höngg every autumn from our own vineyards in Regensberg, Otelfingen, Stäfa and Remigen AG as well as from friendly regional winegrowers, where city winemaker Urs Zweifel presses with the latest know-how and cutting-edge technology and has made it among the 100 best Swiss winemakers (Vinum).

Tasting note
The rosé & its jug: Aromatic with notes of blackberries and strawberries, accompanied by fine sweet spices. Smooth and balanced on the palate with a soft aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Aperitif, summer dishes, fish, poultry, Asian cuisine.
Vinification
After maceration, the grapes were fully ripe for a few hours macerated and then pressed. This was followed by controlled fermentation in steel tanks.
