About the wine
The aim of Integrale is to upgrade these autochthonous grapes, which are typical of the area, and to make something beautiful out of them. Respect for the territory, sustainability and the desire to leave a better world after ourselves have always been part of Integrale's mindset, and that is why all Integrale wines are certified to the highest standards of organic production.
Tasting note
Pale pink color. Aroma of rose petals, strawberries, cherries, raspberries and pomegranates. Slightly full-bodied on the palate with a fruity, slightly sparkling taste. Happy rosé wine. Dry and refreshing.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with appetizers, cream cheese and fish soup.
Vinification
Bottle fermentation, unfiltered. Harvest by hand in the first decade of September.
