About the wine
The Maison Collard-Picard was founded in 1996 by the couple Olivier Collard and Caroline Picard. The still young house is part of a long wine-growing history, as both Olivier and Caroline come from traditional champagne families. Its 16 hectares of vineyards are located in the Vallée de la Marne and on the Côte des Blancs and are planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier and produce champagne with finesse, elegance and fruitiness.

Tasting note
Bright orange-red On the nose, subtle aromas of red apples, fresh strawberries and sour cherries. Delicate mousseux on the palate and renewed nuances of red apples and cherries. An elegant, fresh champagne with a nice drinking flow.
