About the wine

Rosé! Who doesn't think of Provence and Château Minuty? The château on the St. Tropez peninsula has been winegrowing since the 18th century. In 1936 Gabriel Farnet took over the estate and made Chateau Minuty the rosé of the Côtes de Provence. In 1955, the château was classified as one of only 23 companies as Cru Classé of the Côtes des Provence. To date, the estate has grown to over 80 ha of vineyards.
