Tasting note
Bright pink with shiny reflections. On the nose, an attractive bouquet of red berries and roses. A fruity, sparkling and light rosé that is fresh, fine and aromatic on the palate, with a subtly sweet fruit note and immediately puts you in a good mood. Rosé de Province is a tasty and delicious discovery.

Vinification
The Pinot Noir grapes are pressed immediately after de-straining and then pressed and aged like white wine in stainless steel tanks.
