Tasting note
A fine-grained start. Smells of orange zest, cherries and raspberries, paired with subtle Mediterranean spice and distinctive mineral notes. Elegant on the palate with good melting and wonderful supportive acidity. Red-fruited again, bitter oranges, lemons, some ginger and fresh raspberries, underpinned by wild herbs and mineral spices. The easy-to-drink tradition rosé ends juicy and dry with light floral notes and salty notes.

Aging for 12-18 months in 100-year-old foudres
