About the wine
Provence is beautiful anyway, but the location on the gentle wooded foothills of the Mauren massif is simply magical. The domain relies on the latest technology in the cellar and organic management in the vineyards. The diversity of flora and fauna in the forest area is beguiling, this abundance of scents and sounds, day and night, and it is precisely this lively harmony that also characterizes the wonderful rosé. Salmon - color, scent, palate, so delicate and supple, juicy fullness seems bright and light, orange, pink to red shiny scent of fruits and berries, delightful harmony.
