About the wine
The winery is located east of Aix-en-Provençe in the town of Châteauneuf-le-Rouge, on the Cengle plateau, the first limestone stage of Montagne Sainte-Victoire.

Tasting note
Light salmon red color with silver reflections. The nose shows intense aromas of citrus and grapefruit, combined with rich minerality. Straightforward on the palate and characterized by freshness. The aftertaste is soft and smooth.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with salads, ratatouille, light dishes or grilled meats.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place on fine yeast in stainless steel tanks for 3 months.
