Tasting note
The first thing that catches the eye is the delicate, shimmering pink color of champagne. A seductive mix of pâtisserie scents, freshness and fruity red berries captures attention in the nose and gives you an exciting sensory experience

Vinification
The base wine for the champagne was harvested in 2017. In addition to alcoholic fermentation, biological acid degradation was carried out. Together with the dégorgement in November 2020, rosé champagne was adjusted to 7 g/l residual sugar.
