Tasting note
Rosé with a characteristic pale pink color, which is characterized by its invigorating freshness and elegance. On the nose, distinct notes of strawberries, cherries and white peaches, as well as a hint of orange blossom. Fresh on the palate with balanced acidity and a long finish. The number 3055 refers to Jean Leon's taxi number in New York and stands for the man behind the legend: an idealist who has realized his dream of opening the most famous restaurant in Hollywood and creating his own eponymous wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with vegetables, roasts, pasta, white meats, hard cheeses.
Vinification
Organic farming. The Pinot Noir vines, which are over 50 years old, grow in Upper Penedès at an altitude of 500 meters. 15-20 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
