About the wine
Tenute Olianas is located in the heart of Sardinia. More specifically, in Sarcidano, a plateau in central Sardinia. 60 km north of Cagliari, 65 km east of Oristano, on the southern border of the province of Nuoro. The estate covers over 20 ha, of which 16 ha are planted with vineyards. Tenute Olianas offers bio-integral and therefore dispenses with the use of artificial fertilisers and synthetic products.

Tasting note
Intense pink color, spicy, expressive and strong on the nose, harmonious and velvety soft on the palate, with delicate citrus notes and wild berry aroma, slightly tannins with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Fregola Sarda with seafood. As well as porchetta, suckling pig roasted and grilled in Sardinian style with herbs.
