Clear pink, the nose shows typical strawberry and cherry notes with floral nuances. The aftertaste remains fresh and fruity. A well-balanced rosé of character.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with aperitif platters but also with dishes with white meat.
Vinification
Read by hand in mid-September. To preserve the color, the must ripen on the grape skins for 6 hours.
