Tasting note
A young, fresh and lively Rosato. Very nice scent, floral and fruity notes, with an aroma of elderflowers. Pleasantly refreshing acidity and good minerality on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to crustaceans or white meats.
Vinification
Ageing: 5 months in steel tanks and barriques, with approx. 80% in stainless steel and 20% in used Cannonau Rosso barriques.
