Tasting note
Nice bright pink color On the nose, it is intense, of fine quality and reveals pleasant notes of red fruits, particularly cherry, with hints of strawberry and plum. On the palate, it is fresh, quite soft and tasty, with a pleasant strawberry aroma that lasts a long time.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, first courses and fish dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14-16°C. After 2 months of aging in stainless steel tanks and 1 month in the bottle, Amabilis reaches its full potential.
