Tasting note
The Rosa dei Frati easily becomes the protagonist of every table. Its fine bouquet of hawthorn, green apple and wild cherry blossoms seductively tickles the nose. On the palate, it is full-bodied, fresh and delicately spicy and reveals aromas of delicate red berries. Its lightness and lively acidity invite you to drink carefree.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tank with yeast contact, 6 months in stainless steel tank on fine yeast, 2 months bottle aging.
