Tasting note
Intense ruby red color with purple reflections. A complex wine with distinct fruity aromas of cherries, blackberries and blueberries. This is followed by herbaceous notes of hay, spices such as cloves and pepper, tobacco and vanilla. The palate is full-bodied, with well-integrated tannins and excellent acidity. The aftertaste is very long-lasting.

Vinification
Traditional vinification in 5000 liter wooden barrels, then aging for 18 months in barriques.
