Intense reddish amber. Characterful, exciting nose of blossoms, roses, cedar and honey. On the palate, dates, figs, white fruits, honey. A wonderfully fine rum that represents 127 years of company history.
Vinification
Ron Viejo was refined for 5 years in bourbon and then in red oak barrels.
